DO YOU FEEL WORN DOWN from work stress lately? When you feel tired, you think you have a sort of deficiency. You battle with tiredness, and you feel you have no energy.
There are many reasons why you feel so fatigued. It is a combination that results in a lifestyle that is not healthy. You may be overworking your body to the point of exhaustion. You may be not getting enough rest. And you may be not eating the right healthy foods that give you energy.
Much of your energy comes from what you eat. If you eat good nutritious food, you will get a boost of energy that makes you ready to tackle your day. But if you eat unhealthy food that is packed with sugar then your body will crash and feel tired all the time.
People commonly complain the food they eat makes them feel bloated. If you feel the same, then it is a sign that you aren’t eating the right foods. Most people don’t realize that they feel bloated because of the food they consume. You must be different, and understand that your food intake greatly determines your energy level and your well being.
If your food makes you feel bloated and leaves you feeling tired, then it’s time to change it.
What foods make you feel bloated
Much of today’s food is unhealthy because it is processed. In my opinion, processed foods are a blessing for society, but it is also a curse for our bodies. Without processed foods, we wouldn’t be able to fulfill the ever growing demand for food. But at the same time, foods that are processed in a large amount and in a short time sacrifice quality nutrition.
Processed foods are not the healthiest for you because these foods forfeit nutrition for taste and mass production. The sweet taste of today’s foods and their affordable prices tempt our brains. We aren’t aware that they are cheap and tasty but lack the nutrition our body needs.
In fact, much of processed food contains ingredients and chemicals that are detrimental to our health. You will not feel the effects immediately; you will feel them after years of eating processed foods.
An example would be what John Rowley, a fitness expert, describes as “concentrated calories”. These are the types of foods that don’t exist in nature; men produce them using artificial processes.
When you eat concentrated calories, you eat a good amount of food but not a good amount of nutrition. Since your body has not received the nutrition it needs, your brain still sends signals to keep eating even though you have just had a hearty breakfast. This process is why you keep feeling hungry and craving for foods throughout your entire day.
It’s difficult to avoid processed foods in our lives. But the more you can avoid it, the less bloated you will feel and the more energy you will get.
How to avoid the wrong foods
What are the foods that you must avoid then? What foods should you eat for energy?
When it comes to diets, there are opinions left and right. You hear one thing from one source, and then you hear another thing from another source that is the complete opposite. The overload of information can confuse you and make you give up trying to eat healthily.
The truth is that there is no one correct answer for everyone. YOU have to figure out what works for your body and your reaction to food. No one else can do this for you; you have the sole responsibility for your health. However, you don’t have to do everything by yourself . You can learn from the experience and guidance of someone who has had the same problem as you.
John Rowley has written a book, the E-Diet Factor. What makes this book different than others is that you are told to create your diet from the foods that your body likes. Notice I said what your body likes, not what your tongue likes. You can eat foods that taste good for your tongue but is bad for your body. But if you eat food that feels good for your body, then you will get a successful diet.
The way to find the foods that your body likes is simply to pay attention. Pay attention to how you react to certain foods. What foods make your body feel good? What foods make you feel bloated?
Once you know the wrong and right foods for you, start eating more of the right E-Factor Diet foods.
The wrong foods I should avoid
An example for me is ice cream makes me feel bloated. But only when I eat it during the afternoon. When I eat it at night, it doesn’t make me feel bloated. Therefore, I can say that I should avoid ice cream and only eat it at night, once in a while, to have a successful diet.
John Rowley explains the various kinds of foods to eat and to avoid in his book. He also explains why some foods make you feel tired while other foods give you the energy you desire. If you want to know the list of foods you should eat and foods to avoid, then read my E-Factor Diet review.
